Panther Oss

A smart skeleton and skin ready for a pharmaceutical future

Pivot Park in Oss is an inspiring campus for open innovation in the life sciences. For starters and existing companies. Pivot Park was created in February 2012 from an initiative of the pharmaceutical company MSD in close collaboration with five partners: the province of Noord-Brabant, the municipality of Oss, the Dutch ministries of Economic Affairs and of Health, Welfare and Sport, and the Brabant Development Company. (BOM). The Province of Noord-Brabant is the shareholder of Pivot Park.

Panther is a new construction project designed for singel tenant use but is also suitable to host multiple tenants. The more than 4,800 m2 building can house cleanrooms, laboratories and offices. Pivot Park developed an extremely flexible building that is easily adaptable to changing programmatic relationships or other research processes or users in the future. A flexible structural skeleton has been developed for this. This skeleton is provided with a modular facade. Function changes can be easily implemented by means of exchangeable cassette elements. From fully glazed to completely closed. From airtight to permeable.

Pivot Park pursues a high sustainability ambition. Panther is already being developed in accordance with future NZEB legislation. The construction of Panther is delivered at the end of 2022.
