Energy & Health Campus Petten

At the core of energy

The Energy & Health Campus (EHC) has the ambition to develop further in the coming years into a fully-fledged campus in the field of sustainable energy and nuclear health.

A development vision shows the possibilities to strengthen the ambitions of the companies at the EHC and to create space for new activities. This with attention to the beautiful Natura 2000 dune landscape that surrounds the EHC and makes the campus location so unique.

The companies at the EHC play a crucial role in the Netherlands and worldwide in the development of innovations in the field of sustainable energy and transport systems (TNO, JRC). And is also a leader in medical isotope production and the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic drugs (Curium, NRG). In the coming years a lot of groundbreaking things will be done on the site, including the expected arrival of the new PALLAS reactor and new R&D facilities.

Drawing up the development vision is an integral issue. From Natura 2000 landscape to quality, from sustainability to mobility and from target groups to business case. For this reason, the EHC has put together a multidisciplinary design team. Under the leadership of Proof of the sum, we are working on all these facets together with Karres en Brands, Arup and VKZ BV.
